Bihar and Jharkhand, the two seperate but hitherto one state of India draw great attention every where and why not? A state ,sitting on the huge mineral wealth is a poor state while the other one rich intellectually is a struggling one. This blog attempts to bring into focus various facets of Bihar and Jharkhand that need attention as far as development is concerned.
